4. A következő törvény álljon arra az emberre, aki emberölés miatt menekül. Meg kell hagyni az életét annak, aki nem szántszándékkal öli meg embertársát s akiről nyilvánvaló, hogy sem tegnap, sem tegnapelőtt nem táplált gyűlöletet ellene,
