6. hogy annak a hozzátartozója, akinek a vérét kiontotta, a fájdalomtól ingerülten, űzőbe ne vegye és ha az út hosszú, utol ne érje, s agyon ne üsse, noha nem méltó a halálra, minthogy nyilvánvaló, hogy előzetesen semmi gyűlölettel sem viseltetett az ellen, akit megölt.
