Bár igen sok népen uralkodom, és hatalmam alá hajtottam az egész földkerekséget, semmi szín alatt sem kívánok visszaélni hatalmammal, hanem kegyesen és szelíden akarom alattvalóimat kormányozni, hogy minden rettegés nélkül, nyugodtan éljék életüket, és élvezzék a minden halandó számára kívánatos békét.
