18. Mert így szól az Úr, aki az eget teremtette, ő, az Isten, aki a földet formálta és megalkotta, ő, aki megalapozta, és nem pusztaságnak teremtette, hanem azért formálta, hogy lakjanak rajta: »Én vagyok az Úr, és nincs más.
