6. Fogták tehát Jeremiást, és bedobták Malkija királyfi ciszternájába, amely az őrség udvarában volt; köteleken bocsátották le Jeremiást. A ciszternában nem volt víz, csak sár, így Jeremiás belesüllyedt a sárba.
