28. Ha pedig keze nem tud szert tenni arra, hogy visszaadja a vételárat, legyen a vevőé, amit vett, egészen az örvendetes esztendőig; akkor ugyanis minden eladott birtok visszaszáll urára s eredeti birtokosára.
