9. Aztán így szólt Nehemiás, a kormányzó, és Ezdrás pap és írástudó, meg a leviták, akik tanítgatták őket: »Az Úrnak, a mi Istenünknek szentelt nap ez. Ne szomorkodjatok tehát és ne sírjatok!« Sírt ugyanis az egész nép, amikor hallotta a törvény szavát.
