30. Orang-orang yang masih tinggal melarikan diri ke Afek, ke dalam kota, tetapi temboknya roboh menimpa kedua puluh tujuh ribu orang yang masih tinggal itu. Sementara itu Benhadad melarikan diri dan masuk ke kota, dan bersembunyi dari satu kamar ke kamar yang lain.
