12. Pada tahun ketiga puluh sembilan pemerintahannya Asa menderita sakit pada kakinya yang kemudian menjadi semakin parah. Namun dalam kesakitannya itu ia tidak mencari pertolongan TUHAN, tetapi pertolongan tabib-tabib.
