5. Ia mengumpulkan para imam dan orang Lewi dan berkata kepada mereka: "Pergilah kamu ke kota-kota Yehuda dan kumpulkanlah uang dari seluruh orang Israel untuk memperbaiki rumah Allahmu setiap tahun. Lakukanlah hal itu dengan segera!" Tetapi orang Lewi itu tidak melakukannya dengan segera.
