18. tetapi Yoas, raja Yehuda, mengambil segala persembahan kudus yang telah dikuduskan oleh para leluhurnya yakni Yosafat, Yoram dan Ahazia, raja-raja Yehuda, dan persembahan-persembahan kudusnya sendiri, juga segala emas yang terdapat dalam perbendaharaan rumah TUHAN dan istana raja. Dikirimkannyalah semuanya itu kepada Hazael, raja Aram, maka tidak jadi lagi Hazael menyerang Yerusalem.
