2. TUHAN menyuruh gerombolan-gerombolan Kasdim, gerombolan-gerombolan Aram, gerombolan-gerombolan Moab dan gerombolan-gerombolan bani Amon melawan Yoyakim; Ia menyuruh mereka melawan Yehuda untuk membinasakannya sesuai dengan firman TUHAN yang diucapkan-Nya dengan perantaraan para hamba-Nya, yaitu para nabi.
