16. Sesungguhnya, beginilah firman TUHAN, Allah semesta alam, Tuhanku: "Di segala tanah lapang akan ada ratapan dan di segala lorong orang akan berkata: Wahai! Wahai! Petani dipanggil untuk berkabung dan orang-orang yang pandai meratap untuk mengadakan ratapan.
