21. Pada waktu itu, ketika Mordekhai duduk di pintu gerbang istana raja, sakit hatilah Bigtan dan Teresh, dua orang sida-sida raja yang termasuk golongan penjaga pintu, lalu berikhtiarlah mereka untuk membunuh raja Ahasyweros.
