17. Kalau ia memberikan pemberian dari milik pusakanya kepada salah seorang hambanya, maka itu menjadi kepunyaannya sampai tahun kebebasan, lalu harus kembali kepada raja itu; hanya anak-anak raja itu boleh mewarisi milik pusakanya.
