23. Maka setelah salinan surat raja Artahsasta dibacakan kepada Rehum, dan Simsai, panitera, serta rekan-rekan mereka, berangkatlah mereka dengan segera ke Yerusalem mendapatkan orang-orang Yahudi, dan dengan kekerasan mereka memaksa orang-orang itu menghentikan pekerjaan itu.
