6. Sebab orang bebal mengatakan kebebalan, dan hatinya merencanakan yang jahat, yaitu bermaksud murtad dan mengatakan yang menyesatkan tentang TUHAN, membiarkan kosong perut orang lapar dan orang haus kekurangan minuman.
