2. Sebab itu beginilah firman TUHAN, Allah Israel, terhadap para gembala yang menggembalakan bangsaku: "Kamu telah membiarkan kambing domba-Ku terserak dan tercerai-berai, dan kamu tidak menjaganya. Maka ketahuilah, Aku akan membalaskan kepadamu perbuatan-perbuatanmu yang jahat, demikianlah firman TUHAN.
