28. Maka seperti tadinya Aku berjaga-jaga atas mereka untuk mencabut dan merobohkan, untuk meruntuhkan dan membinasakan dan mencelakakan, demikianlah juga Aku akan berjaga-jaga atas mereka untuk membangun dan menanam, demikianlah firman TUHAN.
