9. Adapun dalam tahun yang kelima pemerintahan Yoyakim bin Yosia, raja Yehuda, dalam bulan yang kesembilan, orang telah memaklumkan puasa di hadapan TUHAN bagi segenap rakyat di Yerusalem dan bagi segenap rakyat yang telah datang dari kota-kota Yehuda ke Yerusalem.
