4. Maka sekarang, lihatlah aku melepaskan engkau hari ini dari belenggu yang ada pada tanganmu itu. Jika engkau suka untuk ikut pergi dengan aku ke Babel, marilah! Aku akan memperhatikan engkau. Tetapi jika engkau tidak suka untuk ikut pergi dengan aku ke Babel, janganlah pergi! Lihat, seluruh negeri ini terbuka untuk engkau: engkau boleh pergi ke mana saja engkau pandang baik dan benar.
