9. Lalu bersumpahlah Gedalya bin Ahikam bin Safan kepada mereka dengan anak buah mereka: "Janganlah kamu takut untuk takluk kepada orang-orang Kasdim itu; tinggallah di negeri ini dan takluklah kepada raja Babel, maka keadaanmu akan menjadi baik.
