3. Kemudian kembalilah mereka kepada Yosua dan berkata kepadanya: "Tidak usah seluruh bangsa itu pergi, biarlah hanya kira-kira dua atau tiga ribu orang pergi untuk menggempur Ai itu; janganlah kaususahkan seluruh bangsa itu dengan berjalan ke sana, sebab orang-orang di sana sedikit saja."
