30. Setiap orang yang telah membunuh seseorang haruslah dibunuh sebagai pembunuh menurut keterangan saksi-saksi, tetapi kalau hanya satu orang saksi saja tidak cukup untuk memberi keterangan terhadap seseorang dalam perkara hukuman mati.
