13. Saul meninggal karena ia tidak setia kepada TUHAN, dan tidak mentaati perintah-perintah-Nya. Ia tidak minta petunjuk dari TUHAN, melainkan dari roh-roh orang mati. Karena itu TUHAN menghukum dia dan menyerahkan takhtanya kepada Daud anak Isai.
