16. Daud melihat malaikat itu melayang di antara langit dan bumi. Dengan pedang di tangan, malaikat itu siap untuk membinasakan Yerusalem. Maka Daud dan pemimpin-pemimpin rakyat, yang pada waktu itu sedang berpakaian karung tanda menyesal, sujud ke tanah.
