3. Anak laki-laki sulung dari Kaleb dengan istrinya yang bernama Efrat adalah Hur. Keturunan Hur adalah pendiri kota Betlehem. Etam, Pnuel dan Ezer adalah anak-anak Hur. Etam mempunyai tiga anak laki-laki bernama Yizreel, Isma dan Idbas, dan satu anak perempuan bernama Hazelelponi. Pnuel mendirikan kota Gedor dan Ezer mendirikan kota Husa.
