21. Dalam Alkitab tertulis begini, "Tuhan berkata, 'Dengan perantaraan orang-orang yang berbicara dengan bahasa yang ganjil, Aku akan berbicara kepada umat ini. Bahkan dengan perantaraan orang-orang asing, Aku akan berbicara kepada umat-Ku; namun demikian, mereka tidak mau mendengar perkataan-Ku.'"
