25. Kemudian Samuel menerangkan kepada bangsa itu tentang hak dan kewajiban raja, lalu ditulisnya di dalam buku yang disimpan di tempat yang suci. Sesudah itu Samuel menyuruh seluruh bangsa itu pulang ke rumahnya masing-masing.
