13. Raja Nebukadnezar telah memaksa Zedekia untuk bersumpah demi Allah bahwa ia akan setia kepada Nebukadnezar. Tetapi kemudian Zedekia memberontak terhadap Nebukadnezar. Zedekia berkeras kepala terhadap TUHAN, Allah Israel. Ia tidak mau meninggalkan dosa-dosanya dan tidak mau kembali kepada TUHAN.
