11. Salomo memindahkan istrinya, yaitu putri raja Mesir, dari Kota Daud ke rumah yang didirikan baginya. Sebab Salomo berpikir, "Istriku tidak boleh tinggal di istana Daud, raja Israel, karena semua tempat di mana Peti Perjanjian pernah diletakkan adalah tempat yang suci."
