10. Itulah sebabnya saya menulis surat ini pada waktu saya belum berada di tengah-tengah kalian. Dengan demikian, kalau saya datang nanti, tidak usah saya bertindak keras terhadapmu dengan menggunakan kekuasaan yang diberikan Tuhan kepada saya. Kekuasaan itu diberikan untuk membangun kalian, bukan untuk menghancurkan.
