10. Lalu Rizpa selir Saul, membentangkan kain karung bagi dirinya di atas batu tempat mayat-mayat itu terbujur. Rizpa tidak pergi dari situ mulai dari awal musim panen sampai turunnya hujan pada musim gugur. Tidak dibiarkannya mayat-mayat itu diganggu oleh burung-burung pada siang hari atau binatang buas pada malam hari.
