19. Ia begitu besar, sehingga orang-orang dari segala bangsa, suku bangsa, dan bahasa, gentar dan takut kepadanya. Jika ia ingin membunuh orang, dibunuhnya saja orang itu. Jika ia mau menyelamatkan seseorang, diselamatkannya orang itu. Ia meninggikan atau merendahkan siapa saja menurut kehendaknya.
