21. TUHAN berkata kepada Musa, "Aku sudah memberi kuasa kepadamu untuk membuat keajaiban-keajaiban. Jadi kalau engkau sudah kembali di Mesir nanti, lakukanlah segala keajaiban itu di depan raja Mesir. Tetapi Aku akan menjadikan dia keras kepala, sehingga ia tak mau mengizinkan bangsa itu pergi.
