21. Tanah di sebelah barat dan timur dari daerah khusus yang disediakan untuk Rumah TUHAN, para imam, orang Lewi dan kota itu, adalah untuk penguasa yang memerintah. Di sebelah timur tanah itu meluas sampai ke perbatasan timur, dan di sebelah barat sampai ke Laut Tengah, dan terletak di antara tanah Yehuda dan tanah Benyamin.
