28. Tetapi barangkali hanya ada empat puluh lima orang yang tidak bersalah, dan bukan lima puluh. Apakah Tuhan akan membinasakan seluruh kota itu hanya karena selisih lima orang saja?" TUHAN berkata, "Kota itu tidak akan Kubinasakan seandainya di sana Kudapati empat puluh lima orang yang tidak bersalah."
