19. Mula-mula Musa menyampaikan semua perintah hukum Allah kepada bangsa Israel. Sesudah itu Musa mengambil darah anak sapi dan darah kambing jantan, lalu mencampurkannya dengan air, kemudian memercikkannya pada Kitab Hukum-hukum dari Allah dan pada seluruh bangsa Israel dengan memakai rerumput hisop dan bulu domba berwarna merah tua.
