1. (8 - 23) Tetapi tidak untuk selamanya negeri itu mengalami kesesakan. Daerah yang didiami suku-suku Zebulon dan Naftali pernah dianggap rendah oleh TUHAN. Tetapi di masa yang akan datang, Ia akan memberi kehormatan kepada seluruh wilayah dari Laut Tengah ke timur sampai seberang Sungai Yordan, bahkan sampai Galilea yang didiami orang asing.
