5. Kalau orang yang mau membalas dendam itu mengejar dia sampai ke situ, penduduk kota itu tidak boleh menyerahkannya kepada orang itu. Mereka harus melindunginya, sebab ia membunuh orang dengan tidak sengaja, dan bukan karena benci.
