20. Apabila seorang laki-laki berjanji akan menjual budaknya yang perempuan kepada laki-laki lain untuk dijadikan selirnya, dan orang yang mau membeli budak itu belum membayarnya, lalu pemilik yang semula bersetubuh dengan budak itu, mereka berdua harus dihukum, tetapi tidak boleh dihukum mati, sebab bagaimanapun juga perempuan itu masih budaknya.
