3. TUHAN akan memutuskan perkara antara bangsa-bangsa, antara negara-negara kuat, yang jauh maupun yang dekat. Mereka akan menempa pedang-pedang mereka menjadi bajak dan tombak-tombak mereka menjadi pisau pemangkas. Bangsa-bangsa tidak lagi saling menyerang, tidak juga bersiap-siap hendak berperang.
