37. Segala hasil pendapatan tanah ini harus diserahkan kepada raja-raja negeri. Para penguasa itu Kauangkat atas umat-Mu, sebagai hukuman dosa kami terhadap-Mu. Mereka memerintah sekehendak hatinya atas diri kami dan ternak yang kami punya. Sebab itu kini kami menderita, penuh kesesakan dan dukacita!"
