10. Itulah sebabnya sekali ini aku menulis kepada kamu ketika aku berjauhan dengan kamu, supaya bila aku berada di tengah-tengah kamu, aku tidak terpaksa bertindak keras menurut kuasa yang dianugerahkan Tuhan kepadaku untuk membangun dan bukan untuk meruntuhkan.
