16. Lagipula Manasye mencurahkan darah orang yang tidak bersalah sedemikian banyak, hingga dipenuhinya Yerusalem dari ujung ke ujung, belum termasuk dosa-dosanya yang mengakibatkan orang Yehuda berdosa pula dengan berbuat apa yang jahat di mata TUHAN.
