19. Ketika dilihat semua raja, yang takluk kepada Hadadezer, bahwa mereka telah terpukul kalah oleh orang Israel, maka mereka mengadakan perdamaian dengan orang Israel dan takluk kepada mereka; sesudah itu takutlah orang Aram memberi pertolongan lagi kepada bani Amon.
