8. Ketika mereka sampai ke batu besar yang di Gibeon, maka Amasa sudah tiba di sana lebih dahulu dari pada mereka. Adapun Yoab mengenakan pakaian perang dan di luarnya ada ikat pinggang dengan pedang bersarung terpaut pada pinggangnya. Ketika ia tampil ke muka terjatuhlah pedang itu.
