2. Dalam kemabukan anggur, Belsyazar menitahkan orang membawa perkakas dari emas dan perak yang telah diambil oleh Nebukadnezar, ayahnya, dari dalam Bait Suci di Yerusalem, supaya raja dan para pembesarnya, para isteri dan para gundik mereka minum dari perkakas itu.
