4. Tetapi ia akan menghakimi orang-orang lemah dengan keadilan, dan akan menjatuhkan keputusan terhadap orang-orang yang tertindas di negeri dengan kejujuran; ia akan menghajar bumi dengan perkataannya seperti dengan tongkat, dan dengan nafas mulutnya ia akan membunuh orang fasik.
