1. Sebab TUHAN akan menyayangi Yakub dan akan memilih Israel sekali lagi dan akan membiarkan mereka tinggal di tanah mereka, maka orang asing akan menggabungkan diri kepada mereka dan akan berpadu dengan kaum keturunan Yakub.
